Autumn and winter colours that will distract us from the cold
Although autumn officially started last week it didn’t feel like it yet. But this week definitely feels like autumn: rainy days, cold mornings and cuddling up on the couch in the evening.
Who says autumn thinks of coats and sweaters in deep reds, dark browns and greys.
But this autumn it will be bold and bright colours who will be taking a prime position in our wardrobes. Colours that will distract us from the cold climate of the upcoming season. With pink being omnipresent, from light baby pink to deep fuchsia. Yeah! for pink lovers like me 😊
On the other side of the bright rainbow we have the neutrals: soft beige and oatmeal, wintry grey and plenty of brown. It's a more sophisticated palette, but it's certainly more sombre.
What is worth noting, however, is that there is very little in between these two extremes. There's a rainbow on offer and it's up to you whether you wear one of these colours head to toe, mix them in with equally vibrant different hues, soften them with neutrals or combine them with mid-blue denim.
Personally I love colour and even more during those grey and rainy days. So BORBOLETA's collection the coming months will also be a combination of full colour, beautiful mixes between bright and neutrals.
